Telephone Assessment = 20 min. FREE Home & Office Organizing, Staging & Redesign: This is where we get acquainted, and you tell me about your situation. What are your organizing or design challenges? What are your goals, dreams, and expectations? What do you want your space to look and feel like? If we are a match, we will schedule your Initial Consultation or Hands-On Session. Time Management: This is where we get acquainted, and you tell me about your situation. What are you having trouble getting done? What is your biggest time waster? What Time Management tools do you currently use, if any? What are your goals, dreams, and expectations? If we are a match, we will schedule your Initial Consultation. .
Initial Consultation = 3 points Home & Office Organizing, Staging & Redesign: This is the place to start if you are overwhelmed and not sure what to do about it. Includes an On-site Assessment and a customized, written Action Plan. I will spend 45-90 minutes with you, assessing your problem areas and asking questions about what works and what doesn't. Then I will return to my office (spending additional time) to formulate your customized plan and e-mail it to you. With a clear, detailed Action Plan in hand you can do the work yourself, or you can hire me to come help you. Time Management: Please allow 2-3 hours for this session. I can come to your location, or we can do it remotely via telephone and e-mail. We will explore your goals, dreams, and priorities, and examine your current Time Management challenges. Together we will create your Ideal Schedule and develop a plan for bringing more balance and focus to your life! Color Consultation: Can't decide what color paint to buy? Which walls to paint? What accent-colored accessories would really give your room that pulled-together designer look? Don't agonize...strategize with a trained IRIS professional! A Color Consultation typically takes 45-90 minutes. . Subsequent Consultations = 1 point/hr Great for new challenges, system reviews, advice & tips, do-it-yourself projects, etc. See Hazel's Org4life "Toolbox" (sidebar) for additional ideas. 1 hour minimum. . Hands-On Session = 3 points A typical Hands-On Session is 3 hrs. Additional hours are 1 point each. . After your Initial Consultation, the number of Hands-On Sessions required will depend on the size and condition of your space, your desired results, and how quickly you can make decisions. . Some clients are able to implement their new Action Plan (included with the Initial Consultation) on their own. Others ask for my help. . Hands-On time can be used for Organizing, De-cluttering, Preparing for a Move, Unpacking and Put Away, Staging, Redesign, etc. See Hazel's Org4life "Toolbox" (sidebar) for addiitonal ideas. . NOTE: You can start here (without a Consultation), but only if you know exactly what you want to do first, and next, and just want some professional help getting it done faster, and have more fun doing it! . This is the fastest, funnest way to get your project DONE!.Coaching Session = 1 point Do you think you might be able do it yourself with a little coaching and support? After your Initial Consultation, based on your goals, I will give you manageable homework assignments and help you overcome any roadblocks you may encounter. I will help keep you motivated and focused until you complete your project! . For 1 point you can choose between two 30-minute phone calls - OR - one 45-60 minute site visit. The number and frequency of sessions depend on your goals, and the amount of time you are willing to devote to completing your project. . Maintenance Session = 1 point Every good system needs to be reviewed periodically and tweaked as necessary. Don't let a perfectly good system fall by the wayside because you're not sure how to maintain it, or because you need help adapting it to suit your changing circumstances! . A typical maintenance session is 45-60 minutes on-site. Session frequency is usually monthly or quarterly.
