In the name of God amen 
I Hezekiah Ferrell of the County of Wake
and state of North Carolina being in a
low state of health, but of Sound
Judgement and Desposing Memory do
Make Constitute publish and ordain this
to be my last will and Testament in
manner and form as followeth.

Item First I Reccomend my Soul to God who
gave it and my body to the ground
to be Desently Buried at the discression
of my Executors.

Item my will and desire is that all my Just
Debts Should be first paid.

Item I give and bequeth to my beloved wife
Sudannah Ferrell one horse bridle and saddle
one Cow and Calf one Sow and piggs two head
of sheep one Feather bed bed stead and
Furniture one bason one Dish two plates and
Six Spoons to be hers and her Heirs forever

Item I lend to my beloved wife Susannah
Ferrell the Land ans Plantation where on
I now live during her Natural life of wodowhood

Item whereas I have given to my Son James Ferrell
one mare Saddle and bridle one cow and calf one Sow
and piggs Two head of Sheep one Feather bed bedstead  and
Furniture one pewter bason one dish and six spoons one
hoe one Hundred and fifteen acres of land.

Item in this my last will I give to my Son James Ferrell
Five Shillings to be his and his heirs Forever

Item I give and Bequeath unto my Daughter
Polley Fuller one Mare Saddle and Bridle
one cow and Calf one Sow and pigs two
head of Sheep one Feather bed bedstead and
Furniture two Dishes and thre Spoons one
Cotton wheel to be hers and her Heirs forever

Item I give and bequeath to my Son Zephaniah
Ferrell one horse bridle and Saddle one
Cow and calf one Sow and pigs two head
of Sheep one feather bed bedstead and furniture
one pewter bason dish and Six Spoons
and one hoe to be his and his heirs forever

Item I give and bequeath to my Son William
Ferrell one horse bridle and Saddle one Sow
one Calf one Sow and pigs two head of Sheep
one Feather bed bedstead and furniture one
pewter bason ons Dish and Six Spoons and
one hoe to be his and his heirs forever

Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Lydia
Ferrell one horse bridle and Saddle one Cow
and calf one Sow and pigs two head of Sheep
one Feather bed bedstead and funiture two
Dishes and three Spoons and one cotton wheel
to be hers and her Heirs forever

Item I give and bequeath to my Son John A
Ferrell one horse bridle and Saddle one Cow
and Calf one Sow and pigs two head of Sheep
one Feather bed bedstead and Furniture one
pewter bason one Dish and Six Spoons and
one hoe to be his and his Heirs forever

Item I give and bequeath to my Son Dent
Ferrell one horse bridle and Saddle one Cow
and Calf one Sow and pigs two head of
Sheep one pewter bason and Dish and Six
Spoons and one hoe one Feather bed bedstead
and furniture to be his and his Heirs forever

Further my will and desire is that (mistake marked out)
at the Marriage or death of my Wife
that my Land and other Estate not yet
Disposed of be Sold and the money Equally
Devided between my Children James Ferrell
Zephaniah Ferrell and John A Ferrell
Executors of this my last will and
Testament makeing Void all other wills by
me affixed heretofore made as witness whereunto
I have affixed my hand and Seal this 4th day of
January 1812
